We provide yoga and meditation instruction to individuals, couples, or small groups. We also create customized retreats for couples or small groups. Retreats can be tailored to suit your needs; corporate events, romantic weekend getaways, wedding parties, bachelorette parties, etc. Physical Postures (Asana) The entry point for yoga is through physical postures, called asana. You will learn the sun salutation sequence, forward bends and twists, backward bending and restorative postures to cleanse the body, open the heart and improve flexibility. The guidance in this practice allows the individual to choose the level of intensity be it beginner or intermediate. Breath In our busy lives, many of us have forgotten how to breathe properly. During the retreat, you will learn how to re-connect with the fullness of your breath which is the quickest and most effective way to steady the mind. A variety of techniques such as yoga nidra and mantra will be introduced to help us to quiet the mind and focus our attention allowing us to live more fully in the present moment.
Yoga and Daily Life Each day we will explore an aspect of yoga philosophy and it's relevance to daily life, such as: eating and meditation; yoga postures and their benefits; developing your own personal practice.

Cancellation policy: If you cancel within 15 days of the retreat, all fees paid will be refunded except for a 25% administrative fee. If you cancel 14 days or less, all fees will be refunded ifa replacement can be found except for a 25% administrative fee. If no replacement is found, then no refund can be made. However, you can use 75% of fees paid for future retreats at One Unity Source Yoga.
