Cooper River Bridge Run

Dear Runners,

We, at One Unity Source Yoga, offer the experience and knowledge to effectively accommodate "everyBODY". We feel that yoga and meditation greatly compliment physical and mental activity, creates focus and endurance, calms the mind, and is for all body types. In order for yoga and meditation to be this complimentary and multifaceted, it has to be customized to suit the needs of the practitioner, and that’s exactly what we do! Many years of practice, study, and experience allow us to write customized yoga sequences and create practices that enhance every lifestyle.

It is our mission to properly empower individuals with the necessary knowledge to develop or to enhance their yoga and meditation practice.

Our purpose is:

To be as happy as possible by doing what we love, which is sharing the art of yoga and meditation
To lead by example by making the world around us a healthier place to live by being environmentally responsible
To be a synergistic hub for all who strive to create peace and natural equanimity

Your choice of physical activity is obviously running and you are training hard to compete in the Cooper River Bridge Run. Each day, week, month, you gain stamina and muscle, you train your mind with positive visualizations and affirmations, and you probably eat a well balanced diet and get a decent amount of rest. You have everything going for you in preparation for the upcoming race. Even if your routine is consistent all the way up to the day of the race; wouldn’t it be nice to have a few days just before race to immerse yourself into the ultimate healthy environment, by the ocean on a barrier island, 10 minutes from the Arthur Ravenel Bridge, with a team of health-wise professionals who’s goal is to have you at your personal best by the morning of the race? We at One Unity Source Yoga have created just that, the Runner’s Radiance Retreat, which is all of the above and more!
